Meet Stephanie, our Director of Operations. She has more than a decade of experience in the accounting industry and is Mazuma’s longest standing employee. Her commitment to the company, it’s staff and our clients’ financial well-being is unwavering.
Stephanie’s extensive knowledge spans various facets of taxation, management and leadership, honed over her tenure with the company. She holds qualifications from renowned industry bodies, AAT and ACCA, and was highly commended Accountant of the year 2021, showcasing her dedication to excellence.
As Director of Operations, Stephanie plays a pivotal role in strategic planning, resource management, quality assurance, risk management and team development. She ensures our processes are streamlined and that staff receive top-notch training, guaranteeing that every aspect of our work meets the highest benchmarks.
